Please note that you enter L’Amitié Estate premises at your own risk. The owners, directors, agents, management
company, security company and/or their employees are not liable for any injury/death to any persons whether
caused by their negligence or not, nor for loss or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. No dogs or other pets are allowed. No firearms are permitted.

Swimming Pool
 

• Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at own risk.

• Children are not allowed to use the swimming pool or the associated amenities and facilities unless they areaccompanied by an adult over 18.

• No jumping or diving into the pool.

• L’Amitié Estate do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destructionof or damage to any property arising from the use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities,regardless of the cause thereof.

 
Terms & Conditions
Arrival

1. Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
2. Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
3. Please contact us to let us know if you are running late for check-in.

House Rules

1. No more that 10 (ten) guest including children.
2 Children and babies are welcome, however they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children above 12 are charged as adults..
3. No smoking in the house or rooms.
4. Do not remove keys from windows or interior doors.
5. Do not light fire anywhere other than in the designated fireplace or BBQ facilities.
6. Please bring cushions for outdoor furniture in if it is raining.
7. Discharge of firearms is not permitted on the property by Law.
8. No fireworks.
9. No pets allowed.
10. Ornaments in the house should not be used or moved.

Additional Cost
​
1. Where additional servicing is required, an additional charge will be added.
2. Any loss or missing keys will be charged at R75.00 per key and R500.00 per remote.
3. ALL BRAKEAGES AND DAMAGES beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.

Visa Requirement

Please check your visa requirements carefully as you may be denied entry to SA. If travelling with children under 18be sure to bring their UNABRIDGED birth certificates and confirm which travel documents, you require – here is alink to SA Home Affairs ‘Regulations on Traveling with Children:
